  Create database/mailing information to all
  Verify titles of Thesis and Dissertations
  Contact marshals for commencement
  Write script for ceremony
  Work with Moving & Hauling for setup (including special needs) and take down of College ceremony

  Maintain lists of all College committees
  Schedules Promotion & Tenure meetings
